I have 5 cleanings scheduled between now and Monday and gave out 7 estimates today. It seems every year this happens. Oh yeah, sold 1 gift certificate also.
We are still getting Roof Cleaning calls. We have 3 lined up and one for January already. Most of the other calls and jobs we have been doing are for House Washing, Pool Decks and Enclosures and a couple for Building Washings. We have a big Roof Cleaning for Friday but it looks as though the weather may put that one off until next week.
I think it soley depends on your location. We are in Toledo, Ohio. I have been getting calls everyday. Although it's almost impossible for me to get out there and do these homes. It's currently 12 degrees here. Highs have been 20 to 25. I am just scheduling for March. Looks like March is going to be real busy.
I am doing a $800.00 job today! Got down to 23* last nite, but supposed to be 47* today. Just make your love a little stronger and have patience. It should work, I hope!!
Residential. Very dirty roof (approx 2800 sq ft.) and approx 350 sq.ft. of stucco siding (spread cement type). Ho wants it done before Christmas visitors arrive.

Today went pretty good, despite the cold temps. It took almost an hour before the solution started to work real good. It was right at 50/50 with warm water. Had me sorta concerned there for a little while. But its done. Looks good and the HO is very happy. In the pics the roof is still very wet and solution still working. Supposed to rain with snow Saturday. That will help.

The biggest problem today, look at the before pics. Notice the bare dirt up by the landscaping. Those plants were just planted this morning and the sod in the after pictures was laid after we got the front of the house done. Wetting down those plants turned that bare dirt into MUD. Ever climbed a ladder with 40 LBS of mud on your boots, Like to wore me out! I'm gonna take some more pics next week after we've had a rain and the roof is dry.

lower area I used a 20' and a 28' for the higher level. Rear of house had 4 dormers which meant a lot of ladder movement to get all sides of the dormer roofs.
Your a brave man Gary. LOL I don't mind Pressure Washing in cold weather but I absolutly hate Roof Cleaning when it's that cold. Burr! Of course most all of the Roof Cleanings we do are Tile and those are a real PITA in the cold.
