i have finished the first phase and iam 1/2 way done second phase but i can not go any further i have not goten paid a dime yet

they siad that it would take 30 days for the first in voice then i would be in the system and after that all other in voices would be quick. but some how somebody screwed up and im not even in the system.
ive paid $1400 in labor and $2000 in chem and not 1 payment. DAM
