Just rent a "tanker" aircraft, fly over, and 30 minutes later you're done!!
How many gallons of mix do you estimate that is going to take? Are you using a lift or walking the roofs? If I look correctly, those are 4 story buildings.

Wow! I mean WOW! Nice land! I just priced a property for surface cleaning to find out I was under bid by 15%. Its a good thing I have a great relationship with the property manager. She told me if I wanted the job to resubmit, and gave me a copy of the other guys bid....

I really didnt want to lower, but she stated that it would have to be done in the next week.

I know this board is for roof cleaning, but i may post some before and afters.

Not trying to take your thunder on the HUGE JOB!! Good luck with it!!

so far i have finished half of the complex and used 6 250 gallon batches of apple cider. my cost per batch is $180
batch= in 250 gal tank 55 gal of sh 3 gal 99% isoprople 3 big bottles of dawn, and hot water

thanks chris it took me almost a year to land this job. i would stop in every 2 weeks with letters and flyers one day i was doing a normal job then when i was getting payed he siad that he was the director of maintance at the comeplex and was testing me.
told me to come see him. 3 months later i was mixing 1st batch.
its not all fun, its been 2 months and i have not gotten my first check yet.

Nice score! Waiting for the check sucks though, big properties like that seem to never be in a hurrywhen it comes to cuttin a check. Ending the season on a note like that could only bring good fortune for next year.

Most large companies and governmnt contracts pay about 3 months after the job is done...Always try to work out a payment deadline in your bid. Sometimes it could take up to 6 months and that just sucks.
