I love peppers!

Be careful with the Habanero. I put some in my garden for the 1st time this year. I pulled some when they turned a nice orange color. I later chopped them up for a recipie. I washed my hands after chopping them up. Took a shower the next day and washed my hair with my hands. I'm trying to say I thought my hands were clean. I then proceeded to put in my contact. WOW! As soon as the contact touched my eye it was like someone struck a match and stuck it in my eye.

Here's what I learned. Use gloves when processing Habanero's.

Nope. Water does nothing or makes it worse. People that know use milk.
