i run lowball ads to but they are set up for easy up sell i havent got burned yet if i run a flyer for a $79 housewash it is only for a 1000sqft home but i will only put the flyer on homes that are 3000sqft or more my average bill by the time i leave will be $300 or $400 without cleaning the roof all i want to do is get in front of the customer i doesnt matter what the ad says as long as your prepared to sell like a MOFO

It would cost more in gas to get to the customers house!!!! Upsell, like Billy said is really the only option to make any money.

I advertise 'All the work you need done: FREE'. Then I hypnotize the customer and request bank account numbers and passwords roof cleaning

i'm a newbie and trying to study competion here in California, i saw a company local and on their website metioned how ineffective "bleach" are to clean roofs. they also mentioned Floridians way of doinn things. please check their web at precissionroofcleaning.com and go to their "about us" menu. looks like i will be competing with these guys and would like to hear comments from fellow members.

Stay Motivated, follow your dream.
Don't allow some low ball artist to steal it ?
You dont want cheap customers anyway,. cultivate the good ones.
Like a DECENT woman, that are a bit harder to get, but worth it!
While low ball louie is out working for nothing, cursing his life, you will be out working at well paying roof cleaning jobs with nice people, willing to pay for professional service.
