Hahaha! Good eye! I had my helper taking the pics while I went to the front door to have the owner come out and take a look at the Roof. (and to pay me) biggrin

What a differance. Looks great. I bet the homeowner was really excited with her new home and freshly cleaned roof. I've only done one tile roof up here in good 'ol Dayton, Ohio. Not to many around here, I'll have to make a trip down that way to get my tile cleaning experience in it looks like.

Great job Larry, I'll bet you knew that one was a multi-sprayer! I'll bet that one took a bunch of chems to get rid of years of mung.
Those are the worse! New house and a new looking roof!

Thanks David. Yea, I kinda knew it was gonna take a couple applications on that Roof to get it Clean. how's things going for you guys in Wellington FL? I know the last time we spoke you had a whole HOA community that you were cleaning the Tile Roofs for.

Were doing good here, did a 5 house quote here in Wellington and we have 2 lined up tomorrow to do. But before those I have some work in Lantana FL to get to. Palm Beach this time of year is starting to fill up with the "seasonal" people.
Everyone wants it done yesterday, but they wait to call.....same thing every year.

We have been running into the same thing here in Pinellas County. Most everyone that has been calling for Roof Cleaning and Pressure Washing jobs all want it done on certain days at certain times. I booked a Tile Roof Cleaning for a lady in Belleair this evening who wanted me to work around her sons nap time. LOL...

I did a Roof Cleaning last week that took 3 weeks for them to decide. I'm still waiting for a few others. Booked another today for a guy who's mother in law passed away. He's leaving to go back to Miami in the Am so I'll be dealing with the realtor. This may work out for the best. I love Networking with Realtors. that one is for a Shingle Roof Clean and a bunch of Pressure Cleaning. same as the first one we are Cleaning first thing in the morning. It's gonna be a long day! yawn

Glad to see your keeping busy over in the Palm Beach Fl area. I gotta get over there sometime and meet up with you. You should go to the Texas RT November 14Th. Looks like it's gonna be fun. I'm staying for a couple of days.
