If you guys need Tyvek Suits go to a paint store. or call Joe Lyons @ Parliment Paper Products and Janitorial supply at 267-684-6030. They ship everywhere and beat any price. I buy a ton of stuff from him like contractor bags, good masks, gloves etc. and they do office supplies too. Tell them Jerry Cronin sent you and they will give you the same pricing as me, I have referred other guys there, they do a great job.
What kind of price are you getting the Tyvek coveralls for?
Locally I get mine (3x, I am a big guy) and I get them for just under $4.00 each when I buy a case of 25 of them at a time.
I am not able to find them cheaper, I have to pay taxes but the shipping would probably be more expensive.
If I can get them at a better price I would be interested.
I have usually been doing roofs in blue jeans but I will start using the Tyvek coveralls to save my pants from getting bleached.
How long have the Dickies pants lasted you guys? 1 year? 2 years?
I would think that the bleach would eventually make holes in the pants.
Thanks.

Chris, the Dickies pants are nothing short of awesome when it comes their SH resistance. I have been using them for years now and am still amazed at how SH proof they really are. You would think that after so much exposure and wash cycles they would get holes from the SH degrading them,..but they don't. Also,...they're cheap,..light and dry very quickly. I always hated those white spots and holes all over my clothes,..when showing up for a job. I wear the Dickies brown short sleeve button shirts also,..also very bleach resistant.
They don't really get holes,...after two years though they do become thinner,...but still look good.

I bought some too Jeff and I couldn't believe how resistant to SH they were either, and how fast they dry, but they don't fit me right so I don't wear them anymore. In the summer I wear polyester shorts and on cool days I wear my Carhart rain gear.
