I think that its best to treat all the customers the same and not worry about wasting time and gas. That is just part of business man. Some you get and some you dont.
And for how they found me.....I only wanna know so i can know which marketing is working the best.
Saying you should treat every potential customer as the same is like saying there is no difference between your service and any other roof cleaner, including the low ballers the hacks and the 'hoars' . I fish for salmon, not minnows.

So dumb that almost sounds clever...how does that possibly apply to roof cleaning and supporting my family and building my business? Give me an example please where a $80 job was worth the same as a $8000 or even led to one. I think that little mouse running around on that wheel inside your head needs a break clyde. Why don't you two go lay down for a while? And when you wake up, figure out a way to post at least ONE credible post out of 100 before you become a certified roof cleaner.

I think you need to mind your manners and be considerate and respectful to others.
Yes, I was goofing, but that's a good point. There are many add on services in this field we can offer. I used to try and sell other services upfront. I wound up overselling the job. I try to start the job with the service the customer requested. As I go I can make suggestions along the way. The customer is more likely to allow extras instead of being overwhelmed with everything upfront.
Good point Ed
that's what I do as well, I do the work they called about then once I prove my self I show them one other thing I can help them with, and I do well at that then I show them another project I can help them with. One job at a time.
last week a Lady called wanted her deck cleaned and her house. 600.00 I passed her expectations then she wanted her roof done 300.00 one the deck dried she said it should be sealed I offerd that too 650.00 then I said the concrete would be the icing on the cake 300.00

JUST FOR THE RECORD HERE IS ONE OTHER NEGATIVE POST BY KP DIAMOND
No need to yell Clyde. (all capital letters, like ABC, means yelling on the internet) Besides, I thought we called a truce? Ps. Did you ever finally figure out how many licks it takes to get to the center of that Tootsie Roll Pop sucker?
