I have been searching, studying and reading this forum and just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Chris, I live in SC about 45 minutes west of the Myrtle Beach Area. I wanted to thank all of the generous people here that so freely share their knowledge for all the help they have given me. I'm looking forward to learning more as I go, make a financial donation and hopefully become certified through RCIA. I have talked and worked with a local PW company here and they too have really been generous and allowed me to go along with them on a roof job and see and experience first hand how to clean a roof using the non-pressure roof cleaning technique. I have posted pictures of my roofing rig so that hopefully some of the experts here can tell me if it looks ok. I was able to put this rig together only after reading and learning from this forum. I have a commercial 5gpm/3500 psi ho****er skid unit and 300 gallon water tank plus hoses etc... mounted on a trailer I pull behind my truck.

Wow! Signed up 12 days ago and you already have a workable rig. You have been a reading fool to get that far already. Welcome aboard. I can't enlarge the pics so i can't really give any advice on the rig. Maybe some more description of what the tanks/barrels are to be used for.
Welcome Chris, I've been a member a little longer than you and you're farther ahead of the game than me. I'm still reading and asking questions. What are the two tanks for. Do you plan on rinsing? Thanks, Doug
Looks good, Now does your 55 gallon tank need to be vented? I see you have caps on both holes. I didn't know if the gases would build up. Also as you pump down your mix, won't the tank try to collaspe if it can't take on air to replace the mix? Thanks, Doug
Thanks Pat and Doug. Doug those are great questions and I'm hoping some of the roofing experts here will have an answer to the venting;however I don't think the caps that are screwed in on the top are air tight but I'm not sure.
