This is a flat Tile Roof Cleaning we did today in Palm Harbor Florida. This one was a little over 6000sq ft and as black as coal. We Cleaned it for a couple who live up in Ohio. One good rain storm and this one will be pretty close to brand new again. i got to use my new Roof Cleaning air pump today too...Whoooo Hooooo! I don't know why I didn't do it sooner. These air pumps Rock.
Thanks guys. It was a big Tile Roof. I actually went through more Love than expected too. We also had a Pool Deck and Enclosure to do after that which was in the same neighborhood and then had a 3 story House Wash, Pavered Deck and Sliding Glass Windows to Wash down on Indian Rocks Beach right on the Gulf after that. It was a long day. I had 2 guys working with me yesterday or I never would have gotten it all done.

Nick, Ridgemoor, Landsbrook , and Cresent Oaks are full of Tile Roofs that need cleaning. I've Cleaned roofs in Landsbrook and in Ridgemoor but I've yet to Clean any in Cresent Oaks. Some of the Roof Cleanings I've done in Ridgemoor were Shingle. I wish we got more Shingle Roofs to Clean. It would be a nice change right about now.

I have 3 in Ridgemoor to do this week and 2 in Cresent oaks in tarpon springs. This has been a very busy week for Roof Cleaning.
I'm glad to see your getting a lot of Roof Cleaning jobs Nick. This must be House Washing, Pool Decks and Concrete Driveway Cleaning week for me. LOL...I had a lot of Roof Cleanings the past few weeks. It actually feels kinda good having my feet on the ground for awile. LOL...I know what your gonna say,,,, I don't get on the Roof anyway. Thats what we have Peter for.
We know your grounded, Peter said he ties off to you when he's up on the roof. Glad to see it picking up lately we are busy in Palm Harbor area next week as well.

It sounds like your SH may be weak. Normally to achieve the desired results on Tile Roofs that are severly covered in black mold 2-3 applications are needed. It is very rare that any of the Tile Roofs we do only need one application.
