That was my reaction, wow holy%*$# is this guy, leave the mold alone. At least one thing he did say was the using pressure washers can cause some damage to the roof. I still found it funny he said leave it alone. disbelief

I went to his website. He has credentials out the whazoo as a mold scientist and home inspector. He does say that "Some" roof cleaners are pros who use safe chemicals and methods.
I will be the first to admit that our business is mostly for cosmetic purposes. BUT when he says leave it alone... it just nature taking its course, WHAT? And the part about six foot squirrels... disbelief

Hahaha! Let it grow! Let it grow! LOL... Is this guy for real. I know some home owners in HOA's that would love this guy. They would never have to have their Roof Cleaned.

I remember Chris wrote one time, a customer of his was having health problems from the excessive mold growing on their roof. Some people are very allergic to mold and mildew. Not removing it, obviously won't help some people get well!

After he cleaned their roof their sickness suddenly went away!

The guy who made this video is a quack. What's the point? Let it grow?

What possible help was he thinking when he made this stupid video. LOL! Moron!

The Power of YOUTUBE for videos. He may have some points that some peeps may feel that are good but I had a customer that had an issue with mold also and once there roof was cleaned he was good to go. Let it grow WTH is he talking about, apparently someone can get sick from it I would think they would not agree.
