It seems that many companies are offering a 2 year  warranty. My question is (and I know

each area and situation varies), but do you normally get call backs during that 2 or

5yr warranty period.

I offer a Free 3 Year Algae Stain Warranty.  No one has ever called me back on the warranty..

The algae spore actualy starts growing back in about 12 months. So watch how you word your warranty... Not Algae Warranty  But Algae Stain Warranty!!!!!!!

Good call James!! I do a 2yr and no call backs, also offer treatment contract on the same form that has the warrenty.

Nope! No call backs. If we do a partial, there is no warranty, and I charge 75% of the total cost, so it makes it worth going for the whole thing.

I agree with you Scott.  Price the job so that the entire roof is cleaned.  In todays economy too many customers are asking for partial cleanings.  Mold spreads from uncleaned areas to cleaned areas so it is best to clean the entire roof and get a 2 yar guarantee with a maintanence package.
