Sounds like the expensive way of doing it and how old is the bleach from the store? Find a  chemical supplier or a pool supplier to the trade. good luck and welcome Jesse

You have got to find a source for bulk 12.5 SH. The labor and expense of using 6% over the counter Bleach would put my business plan in a tail spin. Paper Mills both large and small blanket the whole State of LA. They consume huge amounts of SH. Do a google search and I think you will find a local source.
