Dear Pros

About 2 years ago I purchased a cleaning service oriented franchise. Its makes enough to pay for itself but I am struggling (just received first delinquint tax notice in my life). I stumbled on this because my roof needs cleaning and I am betting many others in my area of North East PA do also. Since I already have ladders, truck, insurance and extreemly satisfied customers, although not enough, and am in an off shoot of the  cleaning business this may be a good fit.

I will make it short and sweet, be my mentor and I will pay you 10% of the gross of every job I do in the first year. It will be a consulting fee and you will have to pay tax on it. I will ask many questions but will not be a pain in the butt. you must be in business at least 5 years and be willing to share your knowlege.

confuse What i would do is read as much as you can , then buy a basic set up to get started and  take the 10% and save it for some better equipment in the future, but read , read and learn thats why this site is here if you read all the info here you will be ready to go, good luck and welcome

Hi and Welcome Al !!!!

If you can hire a marketing firm or know someone that can produce a marketing plan for you that is were I would invest that money. I am in a similar situation as you, we do good work, customers love us, just don't get enough calls. All you need are more calls, you know how to clean, adn after you read enough here you will know how to clean roofs as well.
