Ive been using PTek for about a year and a half, and this wont be an isolated incident. Their customer service is absolutely second to none.

Bob and His brother are great people,always helpful with " dumb " questions and always call you back when you have to leave a message. It's service like that making you come back. Thats why no matter what I buy my hoses from " The rubber company " in N.C. customer service is great,ship right away....very dependable people. And thats what we are trying to establish for our selves,we may be alittle more expensive but we are there when we say we will be and you get the best service possible.

We all buy from WHO takes care of us.
Pressure Tek sells the Delevan Pumps several people here use.
He also sells Titan Hose Reels and Roof Cleaning Hose with spray apparatus/nozzles/etc/etc.
I have NEVER heard anyone unhappy with his Service.

I have felt SOME of his equipment CHOICES of WHAT he sells or has SOLD could have been better.

But NONE of us are perfect
People seem happy with his service - and they are FREE to post THEIR experiences here at RCIA

I thought it was Bob from Pressure Tek. Is this the same pressure tek that sells the roof Bandit and other products some rave about such as the Simple Cherry?

I know that Bob will go to extremes to help you. I placed an order for some nozzles and ordered the wrong ones he called me to let me know he caught my mistake and would be sending me the right ones instead. Great guys great service.

Well with that I will now be calling them tommorow instead of envirospec... and probably for equip from now on... I did hear the other posts and was already planning on calling them about tips and delevans but wow o wow on that customer service!!!

Her Dad drove a 28 inch Titan hose reel to my DOOR at 9 pm !!

Oh yes... thanks for the reminder I saw her price charts before on another thread here. I am taking some notes today to organize some of this info I have been letting go.

I do still love envirospec, some of their soaps are simply amazing for pressure cleaners.
