Many of you may already be lead sharing with contractors such as Tree Companies and Lawn Care companies in your local area. This is a very effective form of finding new buisness. The Tree man and Lawn guy that I refer business to have great reputations and do a lot of repeat buisness. (Lots of face time with potential customers I have yet to meet.)They have gained the trust of thier customers and when they see a problem with a roof or any other surface that needs cleaning they pass along my name and in return I do the same for them. Find a few reputable contractors who cross paths with your customer target markets and start sending them some leads. I think you will find this time well spent. Good Luck!!

I will tell you I dont know how well that will work with a roofer. I mean yeah we can suggest a roofer when the roof is so far gone a cleaning is a waste. But I can't see a roofer passing up a big job so we can get a cleaning job.

When Its time for a new roof I got a guy I call (Davidson Roofing) and pass the lead along to him but I spend no time sending leads to a roofer for any other reason. A true Tree man( Tree Cutters Unlimited), Lawn/Landscaper(Bon Lawns) and Irrigation installer( Johnson Irrigation) are more along the lines of those I lead share with. Even lead share with my computor repair man "A Geek on Wheels" he has become a good friend.

Also if you have anyone you know go visit a BNI group, most you can visit up to 2 times before you need to join. I have a painter and roofer in my group so that is a big help for sharing work, the painter uses me for his prep work or if I am cleaning a home that needs painted I refer him. The same works for the roofer, we help one another, check into a BNI group, it added about 18% to my income last year.
