Chris , everything has different offers that are not able to be combined. If someone calls, before we hang up we ask them where they heard about us. Then our estimators, which we never call sales people, know what to add to the roof to make everything match right.
Yours is an interesting approach. I USED to sell Siding For Sears ! I would always show up at my appointments and SaY THIS "Hello, I am Chris from Sears Siding, I am here to take your order"
You would be suprised how MANY "Lay Downs" there were who had already decided to GET Siding ?
By saying I was only there to "take their order" it allowed the pre sold to GET SOLD !
Then, IF they said they needed more information - I explained I "wasn't a salesman" BUT I would "do my best" to provide them with more information -
I do a lot of TV adds also. I like yours very much and will be shooting mine next week. The only thing that I see that could be taken the wrong way is the 0% financing. I showed your add to my add rep. and his question was "does roof cleaning cost that much that people need financed" Now this guy doesn't know anything about roof cleaning pricing and that was his responce. Don't know if this is how others will see it or not but it is food for thought. If it becomes a problem you could put we take master card or something like that on the screen. Hope this helps.

That is a Good Point. I didn't want to mention it for this reason. I know people in other states getting 25 cents a sq ft for a SHINGLE roof cleaning
Now in Tampa you would be luck to get 10 cents per sq ft.

Wheeling, thats exactly what we want when you call you already no this isn't something thats gonna cost you a hundred bucs to do. the houses we do around here usually range between 7 hundred to around three thousand sometimes, and people know us in the high dollar private neighborhoods. This weeds out the people that think were gonna just go up there and pressure wash there place for 200 bucs. They waste are time and we waste theirs. So if they call they are ready to spend some money on a roof and want to know more about what we do. And heres the biggest one that your ad rep needs to realize in this day that we are living in people don't want to spend what cash they have left, they want to finance things. either their credit is shot or they bank is not giving them money for home improvements. no matter what we charge them for a job we can get it because we can always fit it in to their budget through, payment plans with 0% interest. They get their cake and eat it to. What ever that really means! And heres the biggest part of all. We are not just cleaning roofs we also subcontract repair work for roof chimmney and what ever else needs fixing. So we are letting people know that this a roof cleaning and restoration company.
I appreciate the feedback though, and highly recommend you drop the ad guy. he's just a middle man for something you can do yourself for free. You can get a million and one ideas from this site alone. then you have more to spend on ads.
My wisdom for the day. It is easier to sell a 600 dollar roof cleaning for 3 payments of 200 dollars than it is all money up front. Some deals alot of you might lose can still be fixed by offering the lowest payment plan you possibly can.

Hello, that is a very fine quality video! You did ask "what you guys think" I think I would not want to be the guy on the ladder, with all that chlorine overspray blowing around. I use a spray that does not mist up, like that. Otherwise, it's great!! So, do I get $100.00 if I call? Be careful, that's what you ad said to me. What you said is what were counting on. Listen to the end carefully. The next 20 customers. We ran it yesterday and already lit up the phones. We got a few that just called to get a hundred bucs but had 3 confirmed appointments of people not asking about the 100 but how to deal with their roof. If you can pull in a least one appointment per slot, your ahead. It runs today at 10 and 11, hopefully we get some more today. Also we couldn't use sh(never call it chlorine) because of the cameras, so we used slightly soapy water for the spray. Props my friend. Though now that I think about it the only thing I wish we did different is what Chris said, about the shower head. That would have added so much more I think. Also Bergman if you call and we clean your roof you will absolutley get a hundred bucs. Got any houses out here.
To the feedback I am getting. Thank you. If it sounds like I am getting defensive over feed back left, please don't think that. I am simply answering the why's that I am getting or the suggested changes, With why and how we did it. This is just so when you are running or planning yours, you know why and how other people did things. So please keeping sending suggestions cause we didn't think of everything, like what chris said about the shower head. And I know one of you will figure somthing else out that we can use.
