figure out first what your time is worth, then find if anyone is cleaning around you and if there any good or not. odds are if you have not seen a post or they are not a member of this site they probablly don't really know what they are doing. If you think about it RCIA as a whole knows everything there is to know about roof cleaning. Once you figure those out you can either take the prices you found and get a good competetive average price, or if no cleaners and high demand, then you can set the standard like we have over here.
Stick around Turk!! It doesn't get any better than here. I have researched many other sites before finding this one. The others are still in the stage of experimentation. this site is experience from the best!!
Turk, I might as well say it before someone else beats me to it:
STOP USING ALL CAPS!!!!!
And chill with the font changes too. Please. All caps is a form of yelling, and nobody likes to be yelled at. Also makes it darn near impossible to read without getting a headache.
Exactly what Roof Rejuvenators said. Don't worry about anyone else's pricing but yours. SET the standard, don't follow it. Around here most of these hacks charge anywhere from $89 to $189. guess what, I charge triple that at minimum, and stay busy. Why, because you aren't selling roof cleaning. You are selling trust, professionalism, and most importantly, you are selling yourself. If the homeowner doesn't like you, then you will not get the job. Build a relationship of trust, reliability, likeability, and then you have alot of PAYABILITY!

Do you have any competition in South Jersey? Your shingled roof prices seem a little low to me,esp. since your covering everything. I gave a price of 280 on a small condo roof, one story. I made it that low to get the other units.....truck ins.....liability ins.....gas.....chemicals....wear and tear on equipment. I have a colonial and I have streaks I have to take care of this year.My streaks are not that bad two or three of them. I would pay 300 easy to have it cleaned. If it was real bad i really wouldn't flinch at 400 or up to 500 if I can see what its going to look like.If your doing a place to cheap and some plant dies or a window breaks or you have to return to the job, you start losing money.I had my driveway resealed this past summer the guy was in and out in 22 mins for $ 225.00.I have read alot on here about pricing, if a person wants to do it themselves they can get the setup from Bob for 325 then buy chemicals and a battery and so on.Its cheaper and easier to have you do it for three or four hundred dollars.Maybe I am wrong but I feel anything less not worth it.
