I just use 40% chlorice and 60% water and Dawn Dish liquid, what have you found to be best?

I use Apple Cider Sauce.  A combination of both.

Using Dawn, TSP and alcohol you can cut your bleach down to 35%.

It cleans better, and the roof stays cleaner longer.

Besides 35% chlorine, what amounts of TSP, Alcohol and Dawn do you add?
