Good tip Bill. My guy that has done this with me for nearly 20 years is Gary Morin at Insurance Office of America. They have branches all over the country and know our business. Give him a call 407-788-3000. Tell him I sent ya.

FLORIDA STINKS BECAUSE OF ITS TAX CRAP. yOU INSURANCE BASED ON INCOME, THEN TAXED ON THAT THEN YOUR LICENSE IS A TAX OR IE BUSINESS LINCENSE. ALL WE HAVE DOWN HERE IS TAX, ALMOST FORGOT THEN YOU HAVE TO PAY MORE TAX AT THE END OF THE YEAR, OOOHHH AND DONT FORGET YOUR INC S CORP C CORP OR LLC COST YOU $550 A YEAR BUT ONLY $150 TO START.

I'll check with Legal Zoom,  but when I went to " Ask the Attorney" on the Internet, I was informed that  you need a Registering Agent for legal purposes and they have to be retained yearly for a fee
