Wow, This is crazy! I just got a phone call from a friend of mine yesterday about a guy out here who put the two chemicals together and woke up in the hospital. The amazing part here is that he "woke up in the hospital" because he could have easily died. He was by himself and the customer found him unconscious. We call it the sleeping gas for a reason. I first learned about chemicals and their usage as a carpet cleaner years ago, but it's amazing to see how differently our industry uses/avoids them in comparison.
I too would like to try some because I just bid a 14/12 comp last week and it would be nice not to have to re-apply it a few times? It's also interesting because we were taught that a surfactant decreases the surface tension, making water "wetter" and "slippery" causing soil suspension? See what I mean? It doesn't seem to apply here?
