Very nice Isuzu Mike and well lettered. I am jealous. I was going to get one at the end of last year but held off due to falling oil prices. I work in petro alley and almost all of my customers are in the oil & gas industry. Let us know how the enclosed bed works. I would like one because of the signage space but I am concerned what the enclosed vapors will do to the inside since it gets quiet hot in Texas. Did you do anything to protect the insides from the SH vapors? Ryan Wilkins with Beacon Roof @ Exterior Cleaning https://www.facebook.com/BeaconRoofCleaning just bought an open bed Isuzu HD.
I installed a grey garage vinyl floor to protect the wood floor and an exhaust fan. I'll probably need to spray the door wheels and tracking bar, whatever it's called, with oil or wd40 frequently to keep the rust down.

Thanks. That was back in 2008, about 6 years ago.
The 12V Fatboy 7gpm pump came out in 2007 I believe and I bought one as a backup for when my dual delavans would die and used the Fatboy for about 2 years (2008-2010) until the newest best 12V pump came out which was the Flojet Pentaflex.
Unfortunately the 12V Flojet 7gpm Pentaflex is discontinued and I bought all 4 of Dultmeier's last remaining pumps.
They are not viton though, just the EPDM's. Hopefully they will last as long as the viton pumps if I keep them rinsed out after every roof I clean but I don't know. I still have 2 Flojet pumps that are viton, and they last me about 18-24 months each.
How long your 12V pumps last is a great deal more than how you wire it. Click on these links below to see how your 12V pump should be properly built. I can clean a 20,000 sq.ft. roof without it dying or burning up.

I had a couple of Flo Jet Pentaflex Pumps Mike, one grew wings and walked away! I still have one left, it had been modified to accept auto parts store relays, and is brand new, I don't use it and have no plans for it.
By the way Mike, your directory listing on the new forum is doing pretty good http://roofcleaninginstitute.org/index.php?/forum/51-north-carolina/ and it has had nearly 350 hits!
I sincerely hope you get a ton more roof cleaning jobs from it, considering all you have done both for the RCIA, and for other people wanting to learn roof cleaning, who post on our forums.
You were here at the RCIA Mike, from the very beginning, and I remember all the fun we used to have.

I did not know that Thomasville was near Greensboro North Carolina Mike. Thomasville is world famous for making that great furniture that North Carolina is known for.
