Also tell customers if your competitors do not show them any evidence that their chemicals are approved by shingle manufacturers, which is pretty much all the time, then they most likely will cause more harm than good.
These are basic guidelines and are only meant to give or show customers you are using the right chemicals, and most importantly NO PRESSURE!
The ratio mix they recommend is inadequate. It is not necessary to tell them exactly how you mix it, in case they think they can just clean their own roof and mix it themselves.
Mike, I hate to be a pain but, would you send the owens corning printout my way? wheelingwdc@aol.com Thanks Dan

It's because of Chris's thousands of posts I have read over the last 5 years that has made me knowledgeable enough to write out a technical bulletin worthy enough for veterans like you and Chris and many other roof cleaners across the country can use to educate their customers.
Just thought I would share a site I found today that may be helpful.
http://www.zipcodedownload.com/Directory/ZIP5/
From this page I was abel to drill down by county and cut and paste by county the cities and zip codes into my web site. This was you would get all codes added.
You can see what I did here.... http://sites.google.com/a/greatwhitetechnologies.com/great-white-technologies/service-area
Notice at the top of the page I used TN and KY for the states because on the cut and paste of the zip codes it used the whole name of the state and this was the search engines will index both on this page.
