Hey Chris,..Other than a website, I haven't advertised locally in a long time,..but this is going to be my 20th season in this business,..this year I think I'm going to advertise and let everyone KNOW it's my
20th season,Ha,Ha,..

Really though, I'm going to advertise to get more new clientele,..Believe me though, I'm happy with the customer base I have now,.but, in my own opinion I'm not picking up enough "Brand new" customers. Although we do pick up many new customers every year,..I think I need to do better in this department.

The Roof Cleaner is going to push for more roof and exterior cleaning jobs. I noticed that the average contract amount in Lansing was much higher than in Traverse City because of this. We are also going to analyze the lead types on our sales in 2014 and make some adjustments.

 Ditto Marcus! My new guy has done about 4 shingle roofs, so far, by himself (w/o me), and a groundman, but we need to get him up to speed on cleaning tile roofs.

My plan was to have him do only shingle roofs, to start out, but we have a huge backlog of tile roof cleaning work. Customers will not wait forever for a roof cleaning, here in Tampa.

For this year, 2015, I have alot of things to fix. I think I can get it all done in the next month or so.

Goal this year is to have 2 crews. Colld call restaurants, etc. for concrete work. Get SEO smart again, and get back on this computer, posting on forums like this, that are relavant, instead of FB. LOL!!!
