We have been a father & son business since 1994, so I have never had to deal with such things.

My son had his own small business and we just did it like subcontracting.

That may not have been perfectly legit either, but that's over. My son will never be able to go on a roof again, according to the specialists. He had his 1st surgery last Tuesday and may need 1 or 2 more.

Anyway, I wanted to know what I have to do to get W.C. on this guy who starts tomorrow?

Any facts you have, I need!
