I just installed this on my existing system and it was extremely simple to do and it allows me to control the injection flow. No more wasting chemicals or premixing for me! If the roof is steep I turn it up a notch, If I do not want any chemical inject I turn it off. Real Simple! Anyone else using one of these?
The AutoDraw Kit w/ metering valve can be found at: http://certifiedsoftwash.com/softwash-roof-cleaning-products-and-chemicals.htm.
The kit is $39.95 + shipping

We haven't tried it with an air driven system as of yet simply because we don't really deal with air. I'm sure it would work just fine. It takes the guess work out of premixing and also allows you to better control usage. Furthermore, it keeps your hypo and surfactants completely separate preventing bad mixes if you use anything with a pH < level 7 >. *Using a surfactant that is not hypo stable is not recommended. An instant change in the composition can be explosive and deadly!

We have separate twin 300 gallon tanks, one for tile roofs, and one for shingle that are all pre mixed.
A really steep roof is very rare, here in Florida.
Using this setup you have has the advantage that the whole tank is not full of how much and what kind of surfactant you chose to use.
