At 64 years old I have decided this will be my last year cleaning roofs. Though I will keep my service for the local Des Moines, Iowa area on a very limited basis, more to supplement my retirement.

Over two years ago I retired from Union Pacific RR and went full time cleaning roofs. What we did is develop a very lucrative cedar roof cleaning service to the point of a national branding in the last five years.

I have also decided it is time to pass on our cedar roof cleaning process. I am putting a "complete" cedar roof cleaning package together from A to Z for those exterior cleaning contractors that want to start a service in this niche market.

I won't go into details now, but I will be selective based upon professional standing, as my branding and reputation will be represented given I will certify our process to potential customers.

I will also limit to one service provider per service location/area. Again, I will post more by July 1st when this cedar roof cleaning package will become available.

I will reach out to other exterior cleaners first but will offer this service to anyone wanting to start up this type of service.

I will personally mentor each provider individually, one on one, through the whole process based on process areas of need, with on going support.
