In a small roof cleaning company, all employees need to be able to do each others jobs.
Normally, we run one roof cleaning truck, but we own 2 trucks, in case one breaks down.
When it is busy, like it is right now, we simply split our main crew up into the 2 trucks, and have trained standby groundspeople.
We have been running 2 trucks, in an effort to stay half way current with all the roof cleaning work we have, here in the Tampa area.
One of our groundspeople is my daughter in law Jen, who works with my Son.
Though she is a pretty girl, she was a Tomboy once, and a Gymnast. She is not weak, at all, and can move ladders, and spray plants as well as many guys.
I love to see her and my Son out cleaning roofs together, because Apple Roof Cleaning will be theirs one day.
My wife and I have actually gotten calls many times from roof cleaning clients who refers to us as " The roof cleaning and pressure washing husband and wife team ". The mom and pop image definitely works in this line of work.

It sure does! It has been my experience that big roof cleaning companies don't do much of anything, except go broke.
