This new homeowner contacted Pocono Non-Pressure Roof & Exterior Cleaning during the course of his real estate investment rehabilitation project to provide non-pressure roof cleaning as well as exterior soft washing to this home in Monroe County, PA 18344.

Our staff met with this investor and advised him that we can provide same day results with our tried and true industry accepted methods to thoroughly clean the exterior of this home. We used our non-pressure roof cleaning equipment to remove the black roof stains, moss and lichen. The vinyl siding, fascia, soffits, shutters, chimney and window trim were completely cleaning with our vast knowledge of soft washing.

As can be seen in these actual before and after photos the roof was completely free of black algae stains and the exterior surfaces were thoroughly cleaned. Both the investor and new tenant were extremely happy with the results.

That was a nice roof cleaning you did up there Hank, and the pics came out really good too.

I see you do a lot of work there in Monroe County PA, so I was bored, and looked it up.

Here is what I found.

Monroe County is a county in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania. As of the 2010 census, the population was 169,842.[1] Its county seat is Stroudsburg.[2]

Named in honor of James Monroe, the fifth president of the United States, the county is located in the east of the state, along its border with New Jersey. The county is home to East Stroudsburg University. Monroe County is one of the fastest growing counties in the State of Pennsylvania. Not only has the population increased by over 70% since 1990, but the commercial and retail sectors have grown significantly, as well. There are many new shopping centers and even more are being constructed and are currently being planned at this time.

Monroe County is part of the East Stroudsburg, PA Metropolitan Statistical Area[3] as determined by the 2010 US Census.

 

Wow, I was totally unaware that it was such a growing area, or that it was named after President Monroe either. 

No wonder you are so busy cleaning roofs up there biggrin
