I used to throw parties, big parties, my ex GF had a brother who had a Band!

We rented a big Hall, then printed up flyers, it cost me about a grand, every time, for the band/food/and the hall.

We went around and invited every roofer, painter, etc, etc, to the party.

I still get roof cleaning business from the big parties I used to throw

Met with a guy this morning and got a contract to clean a rental house that he is putting up for sale. Roof clean and house wash. Will start Monday and that will the first of 28 that he owns that are going up for sale. Plans on having them all on the market within 6 weeks. This was a referral from another investor that we cleaned a roof for 2 years ago. Looks like the foreclosed homes that were bought with pennies on the dollar are getting ready to come back in the market.
