A burnt bush, that we did not do.

Get a letter from - "The tree place Joe went to to purchase another bush said that this browning was usual for this type of bush."

Just got off the phone with Joe. The lady has a diploma in Horticulture. She looked at the pics and said it was spider mites.

Looking at the photo the shrub seems to ba facing AWAY FROM THE HOME......I think that could also be in your favor. Coming off the roof the other side would be damaged first I would assume...I am very lucky have never had any shrub or plant complaints.

I've burnt 1 bush. Long time ago. The burns were on the top of the bush. Also the burns didn't get worse over time. This one has.

I told the HO that I really didn't think my guys did it.

Unless the lines got mixed up and the ground guy was spraying chems and the tech was spraying water, lol!!!

I always walk a site with customer and point out issues and document and sign off on them prior to work to cover my azz. and take photo documetation.

When that happens, about all you can do is smile, and play this video for them biggrin

Then, have a 'proper funeral' for the plants you just toasted, and let it be know that the plants 'died for a good cause' wink

Mike , Is that an arborvitae, if it is I have some around my patio that look the same and they have never been near

any roof cleaning solution !!

I carry a camera and when I see a plant in bad condition, I take a picture of it and of it and the dirty roof, to prove later-if such a thing comes up, that it was already like that.
