These "Eco Roof" and "Green Roof" solutions are a scam. These guys are worse than the low baller in town. If the solution doesn't kill plants on the ground how will it kill the plant that is living on the roof?... It won't! They spray some cheap soap on the roof then go "rinse" it off with a pressure washer. Or they say wait 6 months like spray n crap does. Print and carry the ARMA sheet with you. If a customer brings up eco wash show them the paper and tell them that you clean roofs the way the roofing manufacturers want you to clean it.

Its called a $ale pitch to get more Dollars for the job and be differant from other contractors. That is all it is!
