We got a call for this project in Saltsburg PA and with the training and insight from this forum we were confident we could restore this EPDM roof membrane.  This first section was 320x100. 

The corporate officers were flying in last week and the facility manager wanted to give them a clean bright facility.

 

The best part of this job is they tell me they want to re-coat their roof system so we have a lot more square footage to do.

This small section is just the beginning of this contract.

As an added value to our client, we went ahead and cleaned the shingle roof section on the front of the building so it would really shine when the corporate officers got there.
