Bidding flat ground concrete surfaces for lg condo assoc.

     Am bidding flat ground surfaces for commercial job. HOA wants us to use chlorine mixture and our scrubber. Any idea of a sq ft. Charge for this? This is in So Fl for a point of  reference.

You need to get a feel for how long it takes you to do "so many" similar square feet of these "ground surfaces" and then bit it accordingly.

Are there driveways? Sidewalks? Curbing? Rain gutters? Not much to go on here. First off. Throw the square footage thing out the window. Figure out how long its going to take you. Approximately. Figure in chems, fuel, labor ( if any) etc... Normally if its a multi unit community I just price it out per unit. Makes things a lot easier.
