Just bid a 300 unit condo association.... first they asked for a one side cleaning, and a full roof cleaning... the board wanted to look it over and was going to propose it to each member.... but now they want a bulk price for EVERYTHING to be cleaned... they decided to not send it to the residents, and just have the job done as maintance.... this could be a good one

I might ask one or 2 of you jersey boys to come help out if it happens
