I hope you can get him to collect some of those unpaid invoices. I do not clean a roof unless homeowner is home to pay me or if they cant be home to leave me a check. I did have a few last year that forgot to leave a check and all I did was reschedule for another day. And this year Im requiring a $50.00 deposit because when I was booked out a few weeks, customers would get someone else and not notify me and I wouldnt find out until the night before. I hope you get paid Chris.

 We must do a LOT of roofs here in Tampa to survive. Roofs you guys get 800.00 dollars for we are lucky to get 300 for sometimes.

People are not always home when we come, but we have stopped leaving invoices, waiting on checks. Now we call them back for a credit card, and it has cut these unpaid invoices down to almost nothing.

 I don't like being ripped off. We do good roof cleaning work, and expect to be paid for it. I was born and raised in Detroit, in a very bad area. You simply do not rip people off where I grew up, or they might find you floating face down in the Detroit River.

It is not the average Joe who owes us the most money, it is people who have the money to pay, and just want to get over on us.
