Warning---Virus

For the last several days, I have been experiencing a pop-up saying there is an update for my Java app. You can not get rid of it and there is no update to really install. Ran my virus protection and it said the virus was "Jave.exploit.exe. it is classified as "severe". A day after my virus program removed it, it was back again.

I think it is either on RCIA or PWI, because that is the only places I go on a regular basis. Anybody else having this problem??

Don't try and install it. It will just add another copy elsewhere on your machine. Microsoft security will find it with the latest updates.

Said on the news last nite that China has been sending several 100 cyber attacks daily to the U.S.. Pay attention to "list all members" and see how many countries have members (guests) on here. furious furious furious furious

I have been getting a virus also. it's listed "Art O .exploit.exe. " listed as severe, carnky and a pain in the ass! I am hoping when the snow melts it will be removed!

I had that one also yesterday, but was able to delete it with minor problems.

Virus protection found and removed it again about 20 minutes ago. Logged on here and read Ron Musgraves post on ipods and I have it again. I think that is the source. Watch out. Ron, run your virus protection.

I picked up a virus the other day, wiped out computer. Had to reload everything.

I just deleted Ron's whole thread on Ipods. Could have been deposited here last week before they ran virus software. We'll see if any gets it now.

My other computer has been acting up. The screen turns blue. Not sure what it is.
