Hey guys my names Gino Da Rosa I'm from Washington D.C originally but grew up in Naples FL. I own Dome Enterprises LLC which started as a pressure cleaning company about three years ago, but has now morphed into many other things. Our main business is Roof cleaning commercial/residential. But we now also offer pool service, home watch and landscaping/maintenance. I came to this forum to learn some things and share some things so well see where it takes me.
Thanks for the welcome guys. I think I haven't finished my signature yet I'll get it up soon, Gary yes for the most part our rigs are very clean looking, I have one truck set up with one 24hp 8gpm and two trailers the one trailer just got completed and has another 2 8gpms on it. And the other trailer just has one 5.5gpm machine and tank. We can have up to 2000gal of portable water when needed. I'll be posting photos later of the new rig once the signage gets finished. Ed, homewatch is a huge business down in Florida we have a ton of snowbirds who only come down for 5-6 months out of the year some people less than that, so they use us to watch over their house, we do about 3-4 visits per month and take care of things and make sure their home is ok and has no issues. Again thanks for the welcoming guys.
I know ill get a ton of heat for this and you guys really frown upon it but we use 20'' whisper wash surface cleaners on our Tile roofs. I would never use them on shingle, we chemical wash those. We spray 20% chlorine first then clean, we are very good at it and 9/10 never break a tile, half the time we are going up on roofs and finding many broken tiles from whomever did it before. We go over anything that was missed with a wand, using 24hp 8gpm machines usually cleans it very well with 25045 tips in the disc. I also do a little bit of low pressure but only when the home has gutters Im completely set up for it with a 6hp gas powered chemical pump and 300gal tank. i just mix up SH, TSP and water but sometimes it doesn't work as well as it should and I get fed up with it.
