Art you are leaving money on the table if you dont pick up power washing.

I just left a house today with a roof cleaning, house wash deck refreshen gutter scrub and concrete in front.

Havent sold it yet, she has to check with her brothers and sisters. There parents passed away.

Just over 2k!

We had a local RB Auction here last year, so I got a chance to see these in person. It's a heck of an operation and I can say, my pockets were definitely not deep enough. They had one guy that was buying everything. He must of spent well over a half million. I seen this guy buy a lot of used landscaping shovels for $3500 (maybe 150-200 hundred shovels in the lot) that was the first lot of the day and seemed to set the tone for the rest of the day.
