Leaving Wednesday morning for Parris Island SC. My grandson is graduating from Marine Boot Camp Friday morning. This is the grandson that I had the pictures on here with his guts hanging out after he wrecked his motorcycle.crycry

Was real surprised that he passed the physicial with a large scar running completely across his abdomen from side to sideconfuseconfuse. He's tough and the marines is what he wantedconfuse, and I'm real proud of him. Based on his letters, He's really ate up with it and gun ho. Qualified as "Expert" on the rifle range shooting 248 out of 250. I hope he never has to use that skillcry.  Anybody on here close to SC?  Maybe we could meet and have a couple adult beverages.biggrin

After a 645 mile trip I'll need one, or two biggrin

Just dropped Blake off at the airport. He has to report to N.C. tomorrow to complete his combat trainingcrycry. 27 days there and then to Georgia for his tank training. After that, who knows??

He sure has progressed into a "Man" in a short period of time. Almost got tired of being called "Sir",biggrinbiggrin. Real proud of him.
