We completed this roof cleaning in Elkton, MD.  The building is owned by a church and is a functioning Christian School.  They were looking for a way to remove the ugly black streaks without replacing the entire roof and found us through a refferal from another roof cleaner in the area.  Initally, they wanted a contractor to apply a "do it yourself" roof cleaning soulution as they had done in the year prior, which only slightly lightened the stains and quickly returned.  I made them aware that they would be much happier with the results of our non pressure cleaning method and the cleaning would last far longer than a year.When the job was completed, they were extremely happy with the results.  In additon to payment for this job, they offered us a free advertisement in their yearbook, which is distributed to all the students and faculty.
