I'll have to look into that Dan. I shouldn't be coming up in your area. I do service Lehigh though. I did start out with a fairly large service area in hopes if anything, It would bring traffic to my site to help with my search rankings. I did reduce my adwords coverage area over a year ago though. What county are you in?

Come to think of it I actually keep getting calls from Seattle. Maybe I'm showing up there also. (I hope not)

I had my campaign set at a 40 mile radius of my location. I don't know why it's showing up in your search Dan. I just reduced my radius a bit, let me know if you still see me showing up Dan.

But, I can trust Larry. No way is he coming way over here. Or no way am I going into his area. We are friends, good friends, who work together.

Barry, I am not seeing you now, you would be BURNING through your adwords if you were targeting the whole US. But I figured I could save you a few $ a month by decreasing your range. I do understand the concept of trying to increase webrank with adwords.

Mike I just excluded the 800 block of Pump House Ln. from my campaign. Does that give you some more breathing room?

Seriously though, while I do service some of the same areas you do, I am not out to undercut or underbid anyone here just for the sake of getting the job. I have already been shown estimates of a few guys here, and was asked to beat the prices. My prices don't budge and I don't play the lowest price game.

LOL!!! My overhead is going up next season as I'll be restructuring so I'll be forced to raise my prices. I know for a fact that they're currently in the mid to high price range, but after increasing my prices the second half of Oct and Nov I was surprised that my closing ratio didn't suffer all that much. I try to close right around 60% & anything more or less something isn't right.

Our prices are basson the the best florida gets. Here up north.
