They should consider hiring a good pesticide company and spraying immediately after you clean. I cleaned a gym over the Summer and there was thousands of spiders, I never seen so many,...but anyhow, they had it sprayed a day later and even now, a few months later it still looks good. Of course that may cut your work,Ha,Ha....

 I was told they spray themselves, I'm not sure what that entails. But they leave feed outside, and this attracts a boat load of spiders.
