Try clicking the slider bar in the right margin and then use your up or down arrows. Works for me.

Its not working for me at all on my phone. Hasn't been for a few days. Tried the slide bar. NADDA! I actually had to come in to my pc to post this. I think something with the formating must be screwed.

Same here. i think its an active board problem becuase the softwash community board has the same problem.
