Brightening concrete medical facility

Try some TSP, use 1 to 2 cups per gallon of Hot Water, and spray it on, watch what happens. Caustic Beads of Sodium Hydroxide can help too, and it may even need some acid Clyde, but I would try the TSP first.

Doug Rucker can get this for you. We use it for many things. It is a microbe that cleans by digesting the stains.

We have had success on many types of stains.

Simplest and first thing to do is spray a degreaser ( greased lighting, purple power, etc) on it and then hot-wash. You're probably getting a lot of oils form the cafeteria being tracked out and from the parking lot being tracked in.
