This job was completed today by Roof Cleaning by A&E in Phoenix, MD 21131.  We were able to remove the black stains, moss and lichen using our safe and effective, non pressure roof cleaning method.  The new homeowner was very please with the results.  He was considering replacing the roof but, was happy he found us and our affordable alternative to roof replacement!
