You could bypass the pressure switch and use the remote. But you'd be relying on the remote that may not even work if youre 200' away.

it could be used as a safety cutoff if the ball valve or spray gun falls and breaks.

It could work if you need to stop and talk to the home owner or something in that line. It would save on battery life

LOL, what about "Break 19 Good Buddy", all the CB'ers who may decide to key up, when u try to control your pump ?

I need to know the frequency that thing operates on. Hopefully, it is VHF or above

I posted mine last year. It was only like $25. Nothing as elaborate as that boxy antenna. I tested it out on my pump and it worked @ 200 feet. Didn't get further away to test out it's maximum range.

Yea if you have hose break that could be a good trick to quickly shut it off. Save on battery life? Not for sure how that would help since they shut off with the pressure switch.
