Tearing it up for sure. There was about 10 coats of paint on that concrete and the Hydrotek cut through it all like butter!

 This is the one I use. I have 2 of them. They make a variety of different ones. They have saved me a lot of grief and definitly helped to speed up paint removal jobs. They are also great for other aplications like cleaning curbs and decrotive concrete. Not as much turbulance. Keeps the dirt down. These puppies WILL rip your skin right down to the bone so caution is advised.

Thanks Larry. After I typed the last reply I wondered if rotary nozzle = turbo tip! I do have and had been using a turbo tip but for some reason when I used it with hot water, it stopped working! I plan on replacing it ASAP. I'm sure it would have made this job a bit easier.

 They sell a repair kit for the turbo/rotary nozzles. Much cheaper than buying a new one. The ceramic ball inside gets worn from time to time and needs to be replaced. I bet its spraying straight and then to the left and then the right and all over...Right???

 Mine are about 9 yrs old. I've rebuilt them both a couple of times. I only use cold water with mine though.

You ever succesfully repaired a turbo nozzle? I had an 8gpm Dirt Killer (?) from PT. Bought the repair kit for like $30. What a load of crap. I called Bob to complain and he sid he never succesfully repaired one either. So I was thinking "WTF did you sell me the kit for?". But I didnt actually say it cuz Im soft. He says better off replacing the whole thing. And I love when turbo nozzles just up and walk away, or guys place them in the grass for JUST A SECOND then play dumb and blame each other. Im done ranting. Eric thats a great video. I got me a sweet hot box just collecting dust in my shop. Need to get 'er hooked up somehow. 5 stars brother!

 Thanks Ed!  You should get your hot box up and running.  I didn't have much work that required hot water until I purchased my unit.  Now, I use it all the time and am glad I made the investment!
