This so called florida weather sucks! Mid 90's and humid. Anyone have any employees quit on them today? I think today was the day to trim the fat.  Speaking of fat Hank told me he lost 10lbs today cleaning roofs.

On the brightside, no lowballers are working in this weather. I do sleep like a baby when I get home, not because I worked so hard, but because I am exhausted from yelling at my ground guy. I don't know if I am a plant nazi, but just about every 5 minutes I am yelling, "spray the siding and the plants, switch to the gutter cane. Spray the deck, switch to the gutter cane."


Ed did bring up a good question, what respirators are you guys using? I'm using the P95 recommend by AC in his videos. Once again that is P95, I know there are several different such as "N95".

Dan I can solve your problem real quick about the yelling down to the ground guy. Get yourself a pair of 2 way walkie talkies and clip them on your shirt by your neck. My guys no longer yell to each other on the job site.
