Fascia/ Soffit/ Gutter Cleaning Extra Charge?

i sure dont include that... roof cleaning is just that.... ROOF.............

I will usually do the gutters for 100-200. Its easy to just hit them with the mix like you said. If they are a great customer I will throw it in for free.

Bingo!!! I've had a lot of customer try that one. Outside of gutters and or facia with roof to tighten it up- Yes Soffits equals- House wash- equals extra $$.

If they start breakin my stones about "just throwing something in" at no charge, I ask "do you go to the grocery store and start throwing things on the counter and ask if its included in the price? No? So what makes you think you can do it with me?"

i stick to roofs, gutters are a pain. I weaken my SH mix and sometimes it doesn't clean them. I am looking to purchase a brush and some gutter grenade from bob, then I will see about up charging

Always an up charge. Gutter whitening sucks and its very time consuming.

I think the customers KNOW there is almost no way to wash soffitts, w/o washing the whole house.

As I explain to them "I'd be happy to clean just the gutters, but that gravity thing says differently"
